Embrace the brights.........
Michael Kors : Spring/Summer 2013
Michael Kors gives this advice to fashion students: work in retail, the best way to learn
"how clothes are made, how clothes fit and also what kind of women wear
what kind of clothes."

Diane von Furstenberg began in the fashion world in 1972, and by
1976, had sold millions of her signature wrap dress.
She later re-introduced the iconic dress in 1997,
after re-launching her company.
She gave female power and freedom to an entire generation by showing women how to "feel like a woman by wearing a dress".

The Italian label Etro started life a textile house in 1968 making stunning fabrics and intricate prints.
It is still a family-owned and
operated design house with Veronica Etro at the helm designing the womenswear.
Etro is always about beautiful dazzlingly printed pieces, luxurious
fabrics, and offbeat colour combinations.

Simple and stunning dress. Bare shoulders can be so sexy!
A bit of a Alexander Wang look alike going on here!
River Island Midi Dress £22
A midi is such a chic length.....think Victoria Beckham.
I do wish those Zara girls would smile.......I would be if I was wearing this!
How expensive do these shoes look?!
Show off in matching sunnies!
Taking inspiration from iconic pop artist Andy Warhol, this limited
edition NARS collection promises to become a collector's item in its own
right. The Beautiful Darling gift set is accompanied by a silver deluxe
cosmetics bag and includes a colourful selection of products that evoke
the world of Warhol and his contemporaries.
Ted Baker Purse £75
You wouldn't loose this in the bottom of your bag.
Easy, but oh so pretty dress.....so many options.
Every girl needs a pair of metallic sandals this season.....It's the go with everything shade!
There is something so delicious about the shading on this dress,
that I just want to float down to cocktails on a
balmy Mediterranean night.
There is no better place to be doing this than
Positano on the Amalfi Coast.
Staying up until the
heady early hours of the morning, dining in one of Positano's panoramic sea
edge restaurant's.
Then dancing the night away at Music on The Rocks, the
legendary nightclub on the Spiaggia Grande beach.
MORE FOR LESS........
Again so glamorous!
A girl can never have too much jewellery. And at this price there is no excuse!
The tribal look is big this season, and accessories are a good way to buy into the trend.
Perfect for dressed down days.
Walking tall!
Summer never looked so good!

Selfridges Says....
The master of colour all the way to the tip of the nails, Yves Saint Laurent has created a summer 2013 collection of must-have fashion statements for nails: La Laque Couture Tie & Dye nail polish.
The Nail Artistry saga continues with this collection of
colour-coordinated base and top coat duos. Although these nail polish
shades do not give a traditional tie-dye finish as the name suggests,
they give a nod to the shading effect of Modern Art's most brilliant pop
trendsetters. Shake the bottle before applying to add a hint of colour,
or apply without shaking for a subtle, graduated effect.
So brighten up your look.......Summer has arrived!
