Is it me, or does it seem as if summer really could be just around the corner? And, given that we are supposed to have temperatures back up to 20 degrees this week, suddenly I am feeling the need to dig out a nostalgic favourite. The bib and brace, overalls, dungarees (whatever their sartorial name) some, might say they are making a comeback......
Personally, they never went away in the first place.

DeleteYup I'm with Annmarie & loving them teamed with heels & a leopard print bag but I don't think it's a look I'm going to be trying. Knowing my luck I'd get them dirty within 5 seconds of wearing them lol!

I know the risk factor with them getting dirty is pretty high...But then they can go in the hottest wash and don't even need ironing!! Now I am really getting into the whole summer hippie vibe! xx

DeleteSuperb inspiration....so many perfect ways to wear them! For once though this is a trend that I am going to let pass me by as for me I think they would have quite a short shelf life judging by a boilersuit I bought, wore and then eBayed last year! As you know ....I am trying very hard to be all about the investment purchase at the moment! :0) xx

ReplyDeleteOooh, as lovely as they look on some of your pics here, I really think that this is a difficult look to pull off. Seroius danger of looking like an oversized toddler. This is one trend I'm definitely swerving .. but thank you for the gorgeous images :)
