With summer coming to a sudden close on our shores, I'm feeling in home making, or should I say 'hibernation' mode right now...... Really, how can this be August?

Actually, it's a huge nudge out of necessity, as I'm the process of shaking up our slightly neglected four walls. It's a project in the making (we're at the messy decorating stage). Like clothes, it's often those little extra details that propel something fairly ordinary into something really special.

So, in order to keep my creative momentum going, I've been gathering inspiration for home accessories from our fabulous high street. Which has proved once again, style isn't necessarily about the price ticket!

    1. Ah thanks Michelle....I do love interiors almost as much as clothes but hate the chaos caused just by doing a bit of decorating!! Last night I was trying to paint an old mirror which I thought would take me half hour max, turned into a whole night event as I spilt the paint....and the OH walked it through the hallway...Arrgh!! Good luck with yours, we shall have to share more tips., I love how cheaply you can find good accessories h&m are brilliant depending on your style of course! Helen xx
